I followed a few arm knitting tutorials I found online to make this scarf for my friend, Jordan. I ended up getting really into making these thick, fuzzy cowls and made a bunch in different colors. Each one took me about 2 hours to knit and they are reversible.
I used two rolls of yarn per scarf, doubling it up, to get the tight chunky texture. I really liked using this very soft, fat 47% wool yarn, which comes in a nice pink and turquoise too. (The color in the picture is called moon rock — a light grey/purple.)
Sometime soon I’d like to learn how to do regular, old-fashioned knitting with needles too.
